Thank you for your Gator Gear 2025 order!
Payment Types:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo, American Express, and Discover.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received. To view the status of your order, please click on “Order Status” located on the top menu bar and enter your order number. You will also receive an e-mail when your order has shipped.
Orders Shipped within U.S. - NO CHARGE
U.S. orders ship via the most cost effective method (US Mail or UPS) and usually arrive within 1-2 business days for the East Coast and 4-5 business days for the West Coast.
Exchange Policy
- Please note that all items are custom produced and therefore not available for returns.
- Exchanges of unworn items will be allowed within 30 days of delivery for a different size and/or style.
- In the event of an exchange, you pay the return shipping cost and we pay the outgoing shipping cost.
- If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay incoming and outgoing shipping costs.
To process your exchange:
- Package your return carefully.
- Include a copy of your packing list or invoice.
- Circle the item you are exchanging or returning and include any feedback that you would like to share.
- Send your package by US Mail or any major carrier. Please note that the customer bears the responsibility for the cost to ship any returned items back.
